These terms will set out how bookings with Sterling Transfers work. Until they are published, here is what they will cover.
Who we are
Sterling Transfers is a booking and transfer service based in Surrey. You make your booking with us.
Our transport partners
Journeys may be carried out by independent, licensed transport operators that we select. These partners are separate businesses and are not employed by us. We remain your point of contact for the booking.
Quotes and bookings
How quotes are given, when a booking becomes confirmed, and what happens if journey details change.
Payment
All journeys are pre-paid. Full payment is required at least 48 hours before travel, and a booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. See our Payment Policy.

Accurate journey and contact details, being ready at the agreed time and place, and telling us about any special requirements.
