Our transport partners
One booking. One point of contact.
Sterling Transfers is a booking and transfer service. We work with carefully selected, vetted and licensed transport partners to fulfil your journey. They're independent operators — but your booking is with us, and so is the conversation.
- Who will drive me?
- A licensed driver working for us or for one of our carefully selected, vetted and licensed transport partners. Partner operators are independent companies — we choose the right one for your journey.
- Who do I contact about my booking?
- Sterling Transfers. You book with us and we stay your point of contact, even when a partner operator carries out the journey.
- When do I pay?
- Once you accept your quote, full payment is required no later than 48 hours before your scheduled journey. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
- Can I pay the driver on the day?
- No. All journeys are pre-paid, so there is nothing to pay the driver at the end of the journey.
- Do I have to book once I get a quote?
- No. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.
